Right in the centre of Plaka this is a modest property but is well appointed and was found clean. Key box check in and checkout was very efficient.

The agent supplied a video to find the property which succeeded after a few attempts. Others might find a map with pictures to be easier. There are a number of items that would make the property feel more personal and liveable. Washing line/rack (outside facility is insufficient for house sleeping 6) Drying cloths A draining board Bin liners Brush and dustpan (vacuum cleaner). Overall, it’s fine but a bit sterile and not that well considered. For those staying a few days, a few more amenities would make the stay more enjoyable.

Me and my guests were very disappointed with the stay because we were under the impression we would have access to the terrace. This was one of the main reasons for our stay at this property. I reached out to the host upon arrival and was told that he would try to work with us. When I messaged about receiving a partial refund for this inconvenience, the host refused.

Lovely location in Plaka just 2-3 minute walk to all the hustle and bustle. Overall, I'm really happy with room and location. Much preferred Plaka to Adamas.

Property did not have lights in second bathroom for a couple of days but was fixed. Could have been attended to quicker. Note: there is no parking within Plaka itself, but you leave your car in a provided parking lot before entering town. This may be a bit of a pain for young families trekking up the hill.

We stayed in the 2 bedroom downstairs house. It was spacious and comfortable and had most things you would want for a week long stay. The house was clean and the location is great - in the middle of the historic village of Plaka.

The staff were excellent, the man who met us at the Riva Travel desk was outstanding, gave us a tour of the island on a map and let us know all the best places food wise and things to see without selling us anything, felt very genuine and was much appreciated.

The area and the house are amazing. You're two two-minute walk from the centre of Plaka, from where you can see the island's most beautiful sunsets. The house has everything you need, and during the warm days it stays pretty cool inside!

To get into the house you need to go up several stairs. The parking is way down, so if you come with big luggage be aware, you'll need to have good physical condition to bring everything up.
