Absolutely lovely view of the ocean Clean and fully equipped living area and kitchen

There were no Heaters and enough blankets Location of the place isn't found on Google Maps, location had to be found using the road instructions

The place was comfortable, and kitchen was spacious, beautiful and well equipped with everything one would require in any home kitchen. There were beach chairs, umbrella and towels provided as well as books to read and music to listen to. It was conveniently located and close to all amenities including restaurants and supermarkets.

The customer service was not so good. The place was not cleaned without kicking a fuss and even when cleaned it was still dirty. It seems as if it was done pacify us but with no effort or care put into it. Most areas were skipped, and nothing was ever dusted. First day when we requested cleaning the cleaner burst into the apartment, arms akimbo with an 'what do you want angry face.' When we requested her to clean for us, she started complaining about how busy she was and needing to take care of a lot of apartments. She told me that most guests prefer to clean themselves and prefer not to be disturbed. I had to remind her that we were not them and were also guests who had paid and needed to be assisted as per expectation or just like the ones she was rushing to clean for, but she kept on complaining. After complaining to the manager Zandie and agreeing on a workable time for the next cleaning, we still had to call to get the place cleaned once again. Zandie came with the cleaner the 2nd time and personally apologized for the poor service which was greatly appreciated. She brought us a bottle of wine as an apology but unfortunately, we don’t drink. Besides poor service and lack of care to cleanliness, it is a very nice place.

We liked the location of the unit, it is close to many attractions. It is fairly large (accommodated 5 of us) easily. The WiFi and Tv worked well and we had our own garage big enough for our trailer and car.

There was nothing we did not like.

We loved everything, the apartment was cozy, beautiful and clean. One of my highlights was that it was close to the ocean, resturants and its a walking distance to the shops. I give it 10/10.keep it up.

The hot water runs out fast.
