"Nice hotel in Bursa"

Nice hotel situated in the center of Bursa. Rooms are spacious and clean. It has a parking garage which is very helpful. The hotel staff is very friendly (gave us a free upgrade). Wi-fi is very fast and reliable.

Room amenities are a little bit old. And there weren’t many sockets in the rooms.

"Staff and parking space need improvement"

The location was close to koza han. The food was good.

Staff was not friendly and welcoming. Parking was not at the property. Luggage loadung and unloading was a problem.
