Only there 12 hours. It was fine!

Had tough time getting access. Could have been our fault!

Struttura molto nuova. Self check-in comodissimo. A due passi dal centro, pulito e curato nei dettagli. All’arrivo abbiamo trovato in stanza un vassoio di dolci di ben venuto e delle cialde x il caffè. Cucina in comune attrezzata di tutto ciò che serve. Rapporto qualità prezzo molto alto! Consigliatissimo

1) very good location 2) spacious apartment 3) kind and professional property manager 4) well equipped property (e.g. beach parasols, mats and cooling bags were made available for us, free of charge)

1) one of the showers had a very small boiler which produced hot shower of maximum 7-8 min, which is insufficient and should really be upgraded to provide guests with a proper experience 2) shampoo/body soap was provided in small bags, which wasn’t enough for a family of four, plus, quality was not good, according to our expectations 3) the kitchen wasn’t fully clean, where e.g. we found a dirty coffee cup which wasn’t washed but placed to dry, kitchen surface was superficially clean and not how it should have been. As owners of many Airbnb properties ourselves, we strongly recommend the owner(s) to upgrade the boiler in one of the bathrooms (addressing point 1) and surely take needed actions to rectify points 2 and 3.

Obiekt czysty. Połączone dwa niezależne pokoje z węzłem sanitarnym wspólnym korytarzem oraz kuchnią. Ze względu na to, że byliśmy rodziną i zajęliśmy oba pokoje było komfortowo. Dobra lokalizacja do zwiedzania północno zachodniej Sardynii.

W jednym z pokoi bardzo słabo działał podgrzewacz wody. W czasie kąpieli trzeba być ekspresem. Ale ta uwaga to czepianie się. Ogólnie ocena 5/6
