"Super cute place just needs better communication"

Everything with the property was great.

We didn't like that when we booked there was no communication that there was a vent cleaning company coming. We booked this stay to get away from contractors etc and just have a day to relax. Hours before we got a message about it but couldn't get a straight answer as to whether we could stay while they were there or had to leave, so we left (because who wants to deal with that anyway). So our relaxing stay became exactly what we were trying to get away from.
