I booked by booking.com I got confirmation number But the receptionist said he doesn't have any reservation. When I show the booking confirmation he said he not accepting. It was midnight then I forced to pay which he asked

Rooms are very spacious and clean with lot of furniture than usual hotels

No in-house pantry, remote area and Gyeser was not working.
