. Extremely bad customer service. They will cancel at the last moment without even informing. In booking.com it will show as confirmed, but when you reach there they will say that they are overbooked. Extremely bad customer care from booking.com as well

Amazing place to stay - very close to Gulmarg. The host and caretaker were really helpful. The caretaker accompanied us and showed us some great places. The meals provided was delicious - felt like being at home.

The property was not up to the mark it’s mentioned that they have 4 bedroom but there Are only 3 bedroom also no TV available no washing machine no kitchen available to use

Excellent location, serene and peaceful stay. With 3 deluxe rooms and a living & dining hall, this property is ideal for those traveling in groups or with families. Very friendly and well behaved staff. Food is prepared and served as desired. And a very resourceful and helpful owner who will guarantee a hassle-free stay at the property!
