I wasn't messaged until we had already left home. I was concerned that the host hadn't made contact before the reservation date.

Everything was alright Location I liked which was very close to Beach

Very nice caravan in a great location for access to the beach and local attractions. Beach was fantastic and lots to do nearby. Caravan had lots of kids toys, books and dvds which was handy.

Description is incorrect, there is a swimming pool but it is not free. Hardly any of the facilities of the park are included in the price, you have to buy separate Haven passes which are very expensive. We found it would have been cheaper to book a caravan including passes direct with Haven. WiFi was very intermittent and host very slow to respond to questions.

The host has thought of everything you would need not just for a couple but an entire family holiday. The caravan has to be the cleanest we've ever been in. Towels, linen and other household items provided and puzzles, games and DvD's kept us all entertained after a day at the beach.

There was nothing not to like, the only negative I could mention is the phone network reception isn't great but this wouldn't be down to our host.

Great location, easy to find & everything we needed once we got inside. Owner very accommodating when we needed an early check in, thank you.

No hot water (had to work out how to turn on ourselves) &, wifi poor (not the owners fault)

Lovely position in the park. Fabulous park. Nice size caravan.

We didn't realise we couldn't use the pool. There was no WiFi or mobile service, for most of the area. This made it very difficult to communicate with our family group. 2 keys would have been very helpful.
