Very clean and tidy, provided the basic essentials for our stay, very helpful in sorting the guest passes for the activities available

No vacuum cleaner in the cupboards (that we could find) or we would have vacuumed up daily throughout our stay. Maybe a bit of visitor information, as in where to access the pool and the on-site activities as we weren’t sure quite where to go for the pools etc.

The caravan was absolutely fine…it was clean.

Unfortunately, WiFi didn’t work come 10pm at night.

The location is lovely. The park is amazing, lots to do and see, even better because it’s dog friendly. Lots of nice little villages near by to visit, with some lovely little places to eat, the kinema in the woods at woodhall spa is definitely worth a visit.

The location is convenient for visiting local historical attractions.

Difficult to find, since the ‘street’ naming is vague, and there is no number on the cabin itself <Hint: download a map before you get there.> Cleanliness is questionable. <Do not lift the cushions on the couch in the living room. You can tell when the heater in the second bedroom is on - the cobwebs above waft in the rising warm air.> The booking is clear that no towels are provided (we brought our own). What is not clear is that there is *nowhere* to put a towel once you’ve used it. No hooks, no rails, nothing. Tiny rooms.
