Extended Stay America Select Suites - Denver - Tech Center South - Greenwood Village

Overall stay was good. Room was reasonably clean and comfortable, but not outstanding. Property is very active during the day, but luckily pretty quiet overnight. We had an issue with our room keys being shut off and being told our room was vacant as we tried to re-enter our rooms for our 2nd night. Luckily staff was able to get the keys turned back on. We were told to speak with the mgr in the morning to resolve the issue. When I reached out to the manager in the morning he told us not to worry about it that we were all set. I'm assuming that meant a glitch on their end. Ultimately ended up find, just startled us a bit.

Room was perfect. Hotel wasn't far from the concert.

The room wasn't fully clean. Floor was still dusty and dirty.

We didn’t get bedding the pullout bed was DISGUSTING

The whole hotel was dirty it took forever to get help then the person who came up couldn’t help us very much at all “because he only does dishes”

Nothing. Very seedy.

Dirty, smelly, cheaply appointed

The room was not very clean , i found hairs all over the shower area , and the entire floor smelled like smoke , including my room that is non smoking . Carpets are very dirty , many stains. Also the housekeeping lady tried keep my shampoo and body wash , when i when back into the room to ask for it . Then she saw i was living her a tip and suddenly she remembered she had them in her cart .

This property is worst of my experience. They do not have Microwave, water and more over they do not clean room as per them it will take two weeks for them to clean room. If that is the case, they should have mention in the website portal all these conditions.
