Large clean comfortable rooms ,would recommend .Staff had left keys out for us because we were later than expected checking in and greeted us in the morning .

There were an lotion and toner- didn’t expect that, TV was large and smart, room was comfortable, large space, warm atmosphere

Bathrobe’s were so old and torn, trashes and used towel, sheets were at the hallway

The lobby always smells great. The lady at reception was very helpful when we needed a receipt for our bank, and kind too.

The room was very quiet, the bathtub was large with a tray for your phone or drink. Beds were comfortable as well. The room had some gym equipment in it which is very novel, but I wouldn't book it again for the price

There was hair on the floor and in the bathroom. Plus the shower head and hose were of poor quality. It should be replaced to match the rest of the bathroom. 6pm check in is a bit late, 4 pm would be more appropriate

Clean and seems to be newly renovated, so nothing like some of the dodgy motels nearby. Nice and warm (stayed during cold winter). We stayed in the room with massage chair and it was a really good one, nice and new and strong. There is a massive TV in the room. Good amenities provided downstairs like waters, soft drinks, toothbrushes, overnight kits, even contact lens cases and solution

It was clean and they had free coffee.

The lights wouldn't turn off completely so we couldn't sleep properly. So we had a hard time while 3 points of mild light were staring at us during the night. (Even tried to cut the electricity by taking the key card out of its slot. It's probably the bulb's problem and the management doesn't seem to know about this.) The massage chair's proposed modes are mostly quite harsh on the body, so be careful. Not so relaxing at all.

The room was excellent, really big and with an enormous screen for the tv and youtube.
