Do local, anfitriões(Luiz e esposa), pequeno almoço, guesthouse muito aconchegante, decoração de bom gosto, limpeza, estacionamento

Diferença de altura entre pisos de entrada, casa de banho ( causando tropeço e quiçá quedas)

Очень доброжелательные владельцы дома. Разместили нас быстро, рассказали все. Наш номер был на втором этаже. Расположение до пляжа 150м, от вокзала 2 минуты. Рядом много кафе, супермаркеты, рестораны , бассейн в городе и есть отличный планетарий. Гостеприимство на высшем уровне, очень хороший завтрак. Дом красивый внутри обустроен,чувствуешь себя как дома. Чисто, уютно. Розетки возле кровати.

Единственное замечание немного не удобные (твёрдые) подушки.

Gostei muito da D. Fátima que nos recebeu calorosamente. O serviço é excelente desde limpeza, pequeno almoço maravilhoso e um ambiente acolhedor e familiar. A decoração é encantadora com azulejos alusivos ao mar. A localização é fantástica pois fica a 5 minutos a pé da praia. Foi uma semana incrível e por isso recomendo vivamente para quem quiser conhecer Espinho. Obrigada 🙏😊
