B&B L'Ulivo Incantato

Un luogo incantato, all’insegna della pace e del benessere, immerso in una terra ricca di storia, scorci suggestivi e cibo squisito. Se la location lascia sbigottiti fin dall’arrivo per la sua bellezza, ciò che disarma ancor di più è la qualità dei servizi, la pulizia degli ambienti e, soprattutto, la gentilezza e la disponibilità dei proprietari Bianca e Carlo, persone di una carineria e professionalità rara, capaci di far sentire l’ospite non come un estraneo in cerca di dimora, ma come viandante che ritorna in luogo che può sentire come casa.

We had an AMAZING time staying here in the beautiful junior suite, surrounded by incredible scenery in the Umbrian countryside. The suite itself was spotlessly clean, very modern and had lovely touches including chocolates every morning and a Nespresso machine. The bathroom fittings are all brand new and sleek, and our beds were so comfortable. The pool area was stunning and perfect for cooling off in the hot weather (and the air conditioning was also perfect!). Our kind host, Bianca, was so attentive and made sure every need was met, even offering us a lift to the train station at the end of our stay. One evening, the property hosted a private event and we were offered a free dinner to compensate for any inconvenience, which was so incredible! We loved the delicious, locally sourced breakfast that was served every morning in the garden. The property is situated a very short walk (10 minutes) into the beautiful medieval town of spello. We also enjoyed using the free bikes to explore the local area. The property really feels like paradise. We highly recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing stay. Thank you for having us!

We had a wonderful time in Spello at the B&B with our 7 months old baby. Breakfast was amazing, with traditional but also more local options. The place was fully equipped and gave us flexibility whether to eat in or out. It was walking distance to the really cute centre of Spello. Bianca was really nice and accommodating.
