Posizione tranquilla. Angolo cucina ben fornito. Appartamento a poca distanza dalla fermata di Autobus/Tram.

Non è stato possibile entrare anticipatamente per lasciare la valigia la mattina dell'arrivo (è un appartamento e non un hotel, ma negli ultimi due appartamenti in cui sono stato è comunque stato possibile farlo). Le padelle disponibili sono decisamente usate e andrebbero sostituite. La stanza con i rifiuti andrebbe pulita più spesso (è impregnata di cattivo odore). Al mio arrivo erano presenti in stanza alcune formiche, che il giono successivo sono diventate assai numerose, sono entrate nel frigo rendendo inutilizzabile il materiale che ci avevo messo. La proprietà è intervenuta tempestivamente e nella serata stessa le formiche erano morte, ma ne ho trovate diverse sparse sul pavimento: non proprio una bella vista. Non è stato fornito un rimborso parziale nè per l'inconveniente nè per il materiale presente in frigo che ho dovuto buttare. Il frigo funzionava soltanto a livello 7 ed era rumoroso: ho dovuto lasciarlo spento di notte. Il costo non è stato da piccolo appartamento fuori città: è stato di poco superiore ai 100€/notte.

Location is good, not the best but well connected by tram to Stockholm city and metro, also near to some shops by walking distance. The room was perfect, it has everything you need, comfortable and ideal for longer stays, bathroom not very spacious but good in general.

Cleaning in general can be improved, we avoided using the coffee machine because it seems that it has never been cleaned. In general it was OK but the bathroom and room itself you notice cleaning is done very superficial and kitchen appliances and items never cleaned by the host, for the checkout (10am) and checking (3pm) times you expect something in a better state.

Sehr gepflegte äußere Ansicht, sauberes Treppenhaus, einfache Handhabung mit Öffnungscodes, für unseren Kurztrip genau das Richtige. Wir hätten auch kochen können, es gab einen Kühlschrank. Schönes großes Fenster, blickdichte und gut verdunkelnde Vorhänge. Geschmackvoll eingerichtet!👍🏻

Mon studio était en vis-à-vis avec une maison voisine, j’ai dû tirer les rideaux sur l’ensemble du séjour, mais rien de gênant :)

Lugnt område nära till kommunikation och därmed nära till city.

Kuddarna var för höga. Ett alternativ med platt kudde bör finnas.

Aamiaista ei ollut saatavilla. Majoituspaikan sijainti oli hyvä, hyvät kulkuyhteydet.

Asunto oli epäsiisti, sitä ei oltu siivottu kunnolla.

Geen bank, zag pas later dat het een opklapbaar bed was en je dus geen bank hebt. Voor 2 nachten is dat oke Is wel vrij klein, de foto's doen het een stuk groter overkomen dan het daadwerkelijk is.
