Vertical staircase to house and terrace. Low doors and ceilings. Property not suitable for tall folk,elderly or young children. The house requires a revamp of basic kitchen equipment. More plates,glasses etc to avoid constant washing up as no dishwasher. A welcome booklet with basic instructions on aircon, WiFi, TV and some information about eateries and a nearby shop for supplies would help on arrival. No supermarket within walking distance. Note,the swimming pool is a jacuzzi on the roof terrace.
