USUSUSWe like that we could see the ocean from our room and how close to the beach it is.
While there we saw one tiny roach, there was no one available to talk to regarding that issue and the TV not working. Everything has to be done via text or emails with quite a delayed responses. The personnel that are working at the front desk are extremely overwhelmed with the amount of people checking in and can be rude. PARKING is a BIG issue. There are limited spaces. If you find a spot and don't need to go far, walk instead or you will find yourself driving around to find another spot. The room could use a dehumidifier to get the musty smell out due to humidity. Overall the room was clean, and beds were comfortable. However there is no one doing daily cleaning or refreshing the rooms with clean towels or soap. You can hang the towels to reuse but because of the humidity they don't dry out.

I didn't even stay in the room I originally booked! The room had not been cleaned and cleaning service was not even available. Had to rent another room.
