Brand new condo next to the beach, peaceful square, garden view

Ein Unterkunft zum Wohlfühlen! Schon beim Betreten der Unterkunft hatte ich das Gefühl, angekommen zu sein. Man hat sich willkommen gefühlt. Die Räume waren nicht nur sauber und geschmackvoll gestaltet, sondern strahlten auch eine gemütliche Wärme aus, die man sonst nur von Zuhause kennt. Es fehlte an nichts: von der gut ausgestatteten Küche bis hin zu den kleinen Extras wie ein frischer Obstkorb. Der Gastgeber Dimitras war herzlich, hilfsbereit und zugleich angenehm zurückhaltend. Besonders hervorzuheben sind auch seine Empfehlungen: Ob Restaurants, Strände oder Ausflugsziele – Dimitras kennt die Umgebung bestens und gibt wertvolle Tipps, denen man wunderbar nachgehen kann. Jeder seiner Vorschläge war ein Volltreffer und hat unseren Aufenthalt bereichert.

We had a great time staying here. The host was very kind and took the time to show us the unit once we arrived. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The room has a modern and warm atmosphere. The apartment complex was safe and quiet. We would stay here again and recommend this to anyone who is looking for a place to stay in Rethymno.

Everything was so clean and new, fully equipped kitchen, super big terrace , also washing machine and dryer, we stayed for 8 nights there, very close to the beach , and Dimitri the owner was always there for help, I reccomend this stay to everyone!! We didn t miss anything. We had water provided, and 2 nice cold beers in the fridge. The espresso machine made a very tasty coffee. We loved everything, Thank you! We didn t took any pictures but the studio looks exaclty like in the pictures, even better!

Excellent accommodation. Very clean and comfortable and well equipped. Air conditioning and WiFi all worked well. Good location for access to old town and waterfront.

One of our best stay ever (and we are rather picky). Condo is very clean, very modern and very well equiped (including capsule coffee machine, washing and drying machine). Couple of minutes from nice beach, couple of minutes from promenade along the beach with dozens of taverns, shops, bars etc. The place is on our list to consider if next time in Rethymno area!

Dimitris, just to maybe consider - Wifi can be better and you can let your guests to use awning.

The apartment is exeptional. Very modern and good equiped with special attention to details. We were very happy that we have chosen this appartment. The host welcomed us in the early morning hours and gave us detailed recommendations for visiting the island. His dedication is rare to find.

We arrived about 10 minutes after the check-in hours ended, but the host, Dimitris, was very kind to wait for us, as we previously announced him we might be late due to plane delays. He welcomed us with cold water and beers, along with some fruits, and recommended us a good place to eat at that very late hour. He also helped us with great beaches and restaurants recommendations for the next days - he really tried to personalise them to suit our tastes and preferences,, not just provide standard ones. The apartment is well located, just a 4-minute walk to a large supermarket, a bus station and a beach. It has a parking spot and all the amenities to make you feel at home even for longer stays, including washing machine and clothes dryer, 2 air conditioning units, large fridge, coffee maker, microwave etc. It is impeccable clean and has a large terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast. Everything was perfect.

We’ve just returned home from a lovely 11 night break in Crete. This accommodation was absolutely perfect for my partner and I. The host met us at the property to give us the keys and showed us the facilities/amenities. It has everything you require to make this your home away from home. The accommodation appears exactly as in the listing photos. It is super modern and clean. It has all the kitchen utensils and appliances you may need (minus a cheese grater), and we did use the microwave another reviewer recommended be added, so thanks for that! The outside seating area, which catches the evening sun, is very large and has a table and 2 chairs on it. We ate dinner and lunch out here on several occasions. The beds, as in most places we’ve stayed at, were 2 singles pushed together and were the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on away from home! The aircon worked brilliantly and the electric window shutters helped keep the sun out in the mornings and the rooms cool/dark when needed. It has a full size fridge freezer, washing machine, tumble drier, plus lots of cleaning equipment, including a super duper wireless handheld vacuum which my partner used every few days (to clean up the sand and hair we seemed to shed daily!) and is now on the top of our shopping list. The host included washing liquid, detergent, bin bags, toilet paper, spare towels and linen, a few bottles of water, coffee, some beer, and other complimentary items, which almost all unused, were a lovely touch. The house manual had lots of useful information in it and we were able to keep in touch with the host (via WhatsApp) who provided us with further info and recommendations. The location is perfect. We hired a car but hardly drove anywhere, one private parking space available to use and plenty of parking directly in front of the property. The beach is a 5 minute walk away, there is a large supermarket another 5 minutes walk.

Nothing to dislike. The only minor thing is the TV which is fairly small and wall mounted some distance away from the couch, however, I can see how the layout of the apartment makes it difficult to place anywhere else. We didn’t actually watch the TV, as we took our own tablet and was able to use the free WiFi to watch programmes in English.
