The TV didn't have Netflix or YouTube. The floor makes a lot of noise when you walk. The bathroom needs a good cleaning.

The location worked for us. The place was clean and had the bare essentials.

We did not expect the house to be on 2 separate levels with 2 long, steep stairways. Didn’t mention this in the booking. The location was ok for us but the neighborhood looked worse than we expected. Two very thin towels for 7 days was not enough!

Booked was confirmed. No means of entry to the property provided. Property contacted to say they could not accept the booking as it was first, too late, then it s was ‘double booked’. I was fully charged for it and the property no longer responds to messages to refund the cost. Booking.com not interested in helping Avoid booking.

Nothing

Not heated and it was a cold night and there was no way of turning the heating on. When I tried to get in touch with the contact details that were left to do so no one got back to me, even now. I ended up having to get a hotel to get warm.

The beds were comfortable

Terrible smell of damp throughout the house. No living room. Had little sleep due to traffic noise as windows are single frame. Poor facilities. No condiments, no tea or coffee. No instructions for heating. Only 1 mirror in the house, there should be at least 1 mirror in each bedroom. No carpet on stairs. Front door code not working.
