9 Bed Theatre Rm Stunner in Windsor Island

I liked just about everything. The home was beautiful and spacious. The kids loved it and really enjoyed themselves.

I've stayed at many Airbnbs during family travels, never had to pay extra to warm the pool/jacuzzi or didn't have towels provided while using the on property water park. The only other issue was after providing the required guest list and getting approved. My family still could not visit. Other than that everything else was great.

The location of the villa and the resort are ideal if you do not want to stay next to the Theme parks in Orlando. It is only a 30 minute drive to the parks even in traffic. The villa was of fantastic quality, decorated to very high standard, very clean. The games room is one of the best I have ever seen in a rental villa in Florida. The Theatre room is a very nice touch too (although we never used the room). of the four villas I have stayed in during my holidays to Florida this one is definitely in the top 2. The host (Nick) was brilliant if there was the slightest issue they were resolved immediately and without fuss. The house was perfect will reserve it again

The house was great, very clean compared to similar houses we've stayed at. The room were all comfortable, plenty of space for our group of 4 families. The pool and hot tub were decent size and clean, and the fridge/grill in the pool area was a nice setup. The game room was excellent, and the theater was great (from what I could tell from the kids responses). The common area - club house pool area was great. Large area, great pool, lazy river, slides, tough to get seats though depending on the day. Overall, this is a great house and definitely met our expectations and exceeded in most areas.

Not much negative to say about the house or property. While this looks lengthy, it's mostly minor and not a big impact on us overall thinking the house was a perfect setup. We paid for pool/hot tub heat, and while the pool was warm when we arrived, the hot tub would not get hot. They were quick to respond and had someone out to look at it the next day and seemed resolved later that evening, so excellent response other than we should have been offered reimbursement for a day or two of that cost. Other than the hot tub/heat, just little things that could have been added to improve the stay i.e. hand soap vs. small bars that last maybe a day or two in the bathrooms. The small items weren't a big deal/cost to buy what we found missing for our needs. Only other negative was an apparent mix up with tax collection / missing on the bill. We were told by the host that this was an error by booking.com, and only options to resolve were either pay the +$500 more than the initial confirmed cost directly to them or they could cancel our stay "at no cost". We already had free cancelation available through booking.com and I felt that if this was truly an error by booking.com, it should have been booking.com or the host responsible for the cost of the error, not us. Canceling the stay wasn't a good option as we already booked our flights and would have had to find another place late in the game. Even with the added unexpected cost, the place was worth it to us, just don't feel like it was handled well.
