The landlord has prepared milk, coffee, and purified water — very thoughtful.

At night, there are often loud noises coming from the roof. I’m not sure if it’s animals or birds—it has woken me up several times.

The accommodation is clean and tidy, a very helpful and friendly hosts when we needed assistance, the accommodation had everything we needed that made our stay enjoyable and pleasant. The accommodation is located in a peaceful and safe neighbourhood within Wellington that is close to mother nature and driving distance to the city.

As part of continuous improvements in the future you may consider changing the bathroom towels and the mattress and sofa beds.

I've stayed in hundreds of apartments etc across the world and this was genuinely the coldest of any of them by far. The place was cold to its very core. Beyond that the curtains were moldy due to the cold. Outer door kept being unlocked by other apartment. Zero smoke alarms. Cat trying to get in and then meowing outside of door. Couldn't park on driveway. Did I mention it was freeeeeeezing cold!

Close to Melbourne CBD, but far enough away from the city hustle. Nice little one bedroom apartment with everything you will need for a short stay.

Sorry, but the couch is uncomfortable.

Lovely appointed apartment, excellent kitchen and bathroom facilities. We enjoyed being in a beautiful leafy area of Wellington.

We found the bed slightly too uncomfortable for us, its dips to the middle.

Was absolutely perfect, the hosts had thought of every possible thing someone would need while staying there. Super comfy bed, super welcoming environment. Easy self check in process. Just beautiful!
