The property was clean, tidy, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We felt right at home from the moment we arrived. The hosts were fantastic – friendly, responsive, and very accommodating. It was a truly pleasant experience, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing stay.

Nice and cozy, central to where we needed to be, close to the University and Kelburn city centre. The fact that it was pet friendly gave it a 5 star Cannot say anything bad about this gem.

The only thing was some dishes that seemed to have not been properly washed by previous guests? It did not take long for us to clean.

No lighting outside to enable negotiation of steps at nighttime.

We absolutely loved staying here, everything was very well put together and tidy. We enjoyed the balcony with the sounds of the creak, was very calming and tranquil. It was a good location, close enough to town but not in the middle of the busyness. The hosts seemed lovely. We had 2 adults and 2 children staying and it was perfect for us. It definitely gave us the feel of a home away from home, having everything we could've needed to use while we stayed. I appreciated the labels so we knew exactly what everything was and the detailed information so we could use everything and check out easily.
