Finger weg !!! Die Frau war total frech und unverschämt, will unbedingt dringend Deposit 500GBP in bar oder Überweisung , sieht sie wie nach akuten Geld gebraucht. Das Deposit wurde per Email nachmittags am selben Tag Check in , ich habe keine Chancen um 11 Uhr in der Nacht 500 GBP in bar einzuheben und Überweisung wird nur per UK Debit Creditcard akzeptiert, ich habe keine UK Creditcard in der Portmonie , Check in war einfach scheisse und ich war sehr müde , nachdem fast 12 Std unterwegs mit dem Auto. Ich finde es unverschämt und unmöglich , solche Host verdienen neben bei noch bei booking.com Das habe ich noch nicht erlebt. Die denkt ,die kann die Gäste verarschen und einfach erpressen , habe ich die Buchung sofort storniert und werde später rechtliche Mitteln mit meinem Anwalt prüfen lassen !! Wenn ich gewusst hätte ,dass solches Deposite 500GBP verlangt werden ,wurde ich sofort das rausschmeißen!!! Ausserdem verlangt Passport Kopien noch dazu , Unstimmigkeiten kann über booking.com Fragen, denn ich bin schon jahrelang registriert etc. Bitte Finger weg mit diesen Host !!! Und es gibt tausende nette und zuverlässige Host in London !! Siehe Bewertungen, das sind paar Leuten , bekommen das Deposit nicht wieder zurück!!! Ich werde mit meinem Anwalt und Booking.com weiter in Verbindung setzen damit solche Host verschwinden von booking.com.

parking was an issue, far or expensive, I ended up on a side road and getting a parking ticket (my own fault ) also i didn't like the high deposit that was needed but it was refunded the next day

⭐️ Rating: 2/5 We booked this apartment for a quiet evening to cook dinner and celebrate my partner’s birthday, as his house is under renovation and we were flying out to gatwick the early morning. We did have a 2 extra guests (my partners dad and sister) after 11pm, which we acknowledge and take responsibility for, but we were very mindful of noise and left the apartment clean — dishes done, no mess, and beds unused as we left the apartment. After check-out, the host claimed that a window latch and wall were damaged. We were genuinely shocked by this, as we only opened the window once and closed it properly. There was absolutely no visible damage when we left, and we’re confident we couldn’t have caused what was shown in the pictures. We’re respectful people and made sure to treat the property with care, so it felt unfair to be blamed for something we didn’t do. My partner was understandably frustrated because we knew the window issue wasn’t us, yet we were still held responsible. The £450 deposit was kept, which we’ve accepted, but the way it was handled felt dismissive and unfair. Unfortunately, communication with the host felt tense and she was not very nice when we did apologise but genuinely didn't have a party, it was just food n then we sat and spoke in the living room and sang happy birthday. Although we accepted our part in having extra guests, we were spoken to quite rudely and held responsible for damage we’re confident wasn’t caused by us. The £450 deposit was withheld, which we’ve accepted, but the whole situation felt unfair. The apartment itself is nice and clean, but the host’s rules are extremely strict, and the overall experience was disappointing. If you’re looking for a relaxed or social stay, this might not be the right fit.

Can’t fault anything

We were charged for the booking then asked for another 450 security I asked for booking to be cancelled. Which was ignored and I was still charged and now I’m fighting the bank to get my money back.

We didn’t stay so I don’t know what it was like and still was charged £180
