Harbour Steps - Torquay Holiday Let - Torbay Self Catering Flat

Voorafgaand aan onze komst kregen we duidelijke informatie over locatie en toegang tot het appartement. Het appartement zelf is meer dan ruim genoeg voor 2 personen en is prima gelegen dichtbij de haven van Torquay. David zorgde voor voldoende parkeertickets zodat we in de straat om de hoek konden parkeren (geen direct persoonlijk contact mee gehad).

Je moet er rekening mee houden dat je via een wenteltrap naar boven moet. Met zware koffers is dat even sjouwen. De slaapkamer kun je niet helemaal verduisteren omdat er een doorkijk is naar de woonruimte met een glazen deur. Het buitenterras is gelegen in een soort van patio van omliggende woningen. Je hebt dus geen fijn uitzicht of zonlicht.

The property was light cool and airy, it was nicely decorated and had all the facilities you needed. We had free parking included which was helpful too.

We ran out of toilet paper because we stayed for a week and only two were provided. No doubt if we had contacted host he would have rectified that

Good location close to all the harbour amenities. Tasteful seaside decorations.

Lovely clean apartment with very comfortable bed beautiful fluffy towels and everything you need for your stay. We arrived early and David and Sara made us feel very welcome .Central for shops restaurants and beach’s bus stops just down from apartments with regular service ,So can park car at apartment and not worry about driving . We are both OAPs and found it Home from home would return.

The apartment was fabulously clean and well appointed, we had a very comfortable stay. I highly recommend staying here. Our host was very generous, ensuring that there was ample tea, coffee, squashes and fresh milk when we arrived. Lovely big, fluffy bath sheets, crisp sheets and all the other little conveniences we needed. More importantly, we were provided with parking permits and a useful map - absolutely essential for a stay in Torquay! We had a wonderful stay.

Everything was perfect - can't fault a thing.

The accommodation was lovely. The Host messaged omn arrival to ensure we were able to access the property ok. The accommodation has everything you need, was clean, well maintained and is close to shops, harbour and coastal walks. We'll definitely visit again
