Assenza di balcone a differenza di quanto indicato, assenza di bidet, 1 solo asciugamano da viso per persona per 5 giorni e due rotoli a metà di carta igienica per tutti, assenza di tende alla finestra con vista ascensore, difficoltà di accesso a distanza (arrivati alle 2 di notte se non fosse passato un inquilino del palazzo saremmo rimasti per strada); in caso di necessità, totale irreperibilità da parte dell'Host (abbiamo rischiato di non poter rientrare in Italia per indisponibilità a rispondere da parte dell'host sia a noi che all'Help Desk di Booking prontamente intervenuto ma con esito negativo). Mancanza totale di disponibilità a gestire richieste minimali (una bottiglia di acqua all'arrivo, qualche asciugamano in più, qualche rotolo di carta igienica in più) Tutto gestito a distanza e MALE (nessuna presenza in loco).

great location, good size and access.

the staff were horrendous. they cant keep track of their rentals (thought i was someone else when answering to my messages on booking), took over three hoursafter checkin time to give me access to the building gate code (with my niece and three year old son!!) and did not respond to any of my whatsapp calls and messages while trying to gain building access during checkin. truly terrible staff. other people have commented similar stories.

loved everything

The location was perfect, easily accessible to everything on the walk. It was a nice, cozy, cute place and had everything we needed. You could open the door with your phone.

The WiFi was not working for 2 days. It was very hard to get inside, especially the first day since they hadn't provided clear instructions on how to get the key, and it was very hard to contact them, so we had to wait for someone to open the door.

The apartment was very clean, with fresh bed linen and comfortable beds. The location is perfect, right in the city center. A great place to stay.

The apartment was generally fine, but there were some issues. There was not enough soap in the bathroom, no laundry detergent, and an unpleasant smell in the closets. These details could be improved for a better stay.
