Dzīvokļa ārdurvis diezgan grūti atvērt - salauzta slēdzene vai rokturis (nāksies pacīnīties, lai iekļūtu iekšā vai izkļūtu ārā). Dzīvoklī ir diezgan vēss. Virs plīts tvaika nosūcējs nedarbojas. Dušas caurulē ir caurums. Vannas istabā ir daudz svešu matu... Un apkures katls (ierīce vannas istabā pie griestiem) ļoti skaļi dūc. Izgulēties nav iespējams.
