Fake resort poor service.

We had an incredible stay at Summit Grand Resort & Spa in Gangtok. The room was spacious, impeccably clean, and offered breathtaking views of the surrounding mountains right from our balcony. The staff were exceptionally polite and always ready to assist with any request. The entire property was well-maintained, creating a peaceful and inviting atmosphere. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and the overall service was top-notch. Highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to unwind in Gangtok!

Our stay at Summit Grand Resort & Spa was nothing short of perfect. From the moment we arrived, we were welcomed warmly by the staff. The room was beautifully decorated and had a comfortable bed with a lovely view of the mountains. The resort’s location is ideal, offering stunning panoramic views and a serene escape from city life.
