You could park your bike inside the property. There was a very young girl who checked us in was very smiley despite she had a toothache!

1) Upon check-in, they asked for money upfront unliked other hotels which we pay only upon checking out. 2) Had to climb several floors up the narrow stairs to the extended roof floor. A problem if you have heavy luggage. 3) Room had no electric kettle nor cups. Asked to borrow one and they lend us a very dirty kettle. The blanket was also dusty looking with no covers on so I guess they weren’t washed. They tiled the room with white tiles that were normally used in bathrooms. It made the room very soulless and cold looking. 4) Drinking water is chargeable, unlike other places we stayed. 5) There was a karaoke joint nearby and people were singing till very late at night and at 6am there were renovation knocking sounds next door! Didn’t sleep well at all.

Very clean room and the hot water and heating worked perfectly. There is also very secure motorbike parking and even a large kitchen area that you can use. Great stopover point for the ha giang loop
