ORHO HOTEL free Airport shuttle return 15 minuts to Panama City

This place is beautiful and has a unique decor. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. The area is super nice and lively. It has a great bar and restaurant almost next to the hotel, but it seems to have soundproofing that doesn't allow the noise to be heard, so I slept excellently and had a great time. A good atmosphere to avoid getting bored on a long layover.

Es precioso el lugar, como sentirse dentro de un museo oriental, hay música por todo el hotel tipo jazz relajante, la estructura limpia, zona segura, llena de bares y restaurantes, como también centros comerciales y hospitales. La entrada es autónoma, no entregas tu llave al salir, tienes todo contigo así es que me siento súper seguro con el staff y con el hotel, volveré porque me encantó el servicio, gracias

This hotel is amazing, it has everything you need for a great stopover and the staff is super friendly. This message should not be here and I am sorry with the ORHO hotel but there are things about COPA AIRLINE that you should know, the CROWN PLAZA HOTEL is the same owner of COPA, the airline made me miss my flight for reasons that only they know as always and then they told me to stay at the CROWN PLAZA hotel but they do not pay for the stay because it is not their mistake according to them, I told them no, then reading a lot of news I discovered that these people have a monopoly, who makes you miss your flight, changes it and modifies it so that you rent a room in their hotel so the scam is complete, I do not understand why the Panamanian authorities do nothing about this because this is corrupt and unethical.

Everything was excellent, this is a good hotel with every detail one hundred percent curated.

Excelente hotel, muy amable el staff, me ayudaron en todo. Volveremos seguramente. Todo con el hotel ORHO fue excelente, fueron pacientes ya que tenía problemas con la compañía aérea, me esperaron, me llevaron al hotel en una bellísima zona muy segura con mucho que ver, no hay duda que existen estándares y personas que se preocupan por mantenerlos impecables y sobre todo la honestidad

La verdad nada negativo que decir de este hotel y estas excelentes personas. Muy recomendado ademas que la experiencia fue agradable luego de que se perdio el vuelo con COPA.

The listing says it's 15 minutes round trip from airport to the hotel. It was 25 minutes one way. It's located in the middle of the city, nowhere near the airport. The driver left me waiting outside the airport for 25 minutes in the ghastly heat and humidity. He lied saying he was looping the airport bc he couldn't park by the curb for more than 30 seconds. I watched dozens of private cars pick up passengers while I waited for him. I texted photos of me and the P18 door where he told me to wait for him. I was already there when he texted the lie about circling the airport. It was obvious that he was still driving to the airport. I booked a room with a private bath. He says he told me about the distance error in the listing in advance and has told the hotel owner to correct the listing error repeatedly. Umm, no! When we arrived at the hotel, he pointed up a steep staircase and said I booked a room upstairs with a bathroom down the hall, but he was going to let me stay in a downstairs room with private bath. LOL. The sheets looked dirty. I slept in my sweaty clothes as a result. Photos are of the garden view mentioned in the listing and my room confirmation.. LOL You've been warned.
