Vu's Homestay Tam Coc

The room was beautiful, and it was only a 3 minute walk from the towns main street. The room was spacious and comfortable.

The restroom, which is a seperate space from the rest of the accommodation, was extremely hot and humid. Because of a open plumbing in the ceiling, it smelled bad.

The staff and host were amazing. They were super helpful during whole stay. Location was also nice, walking distance to center of Tam Coc but still in a more calm area.

The facilities could be improved in bathroom. There was also a bit smell coming from bathroom. Not a terrible issue but could be improved.

The room I was in was very bright, I enjoyed that. The internet is fast and perfect to work, or watch a movie. This place is new yet not thought through. Why do I need a lot of wood in my room, I am not sure.

There is no proper size table or chair, you can sit and work or eat something. You must sit on the bed… The neighbours can be loud, but a vietnamise culture, don’t care about the neighbours. There is a child living in this property. She tried to open my door a few times early in the morning and woke me up. She also decided to sing at 7 AM and no body said shut up. The water pressure in the Bathroom is not steady. The pool in the picture is not part of the Hotel. It belongs to the hotel next by Havana Hotel.

Super clean, spacious, and comfortable room. Hot water and great water pressure in the shower, as well as an AC/heater. Conveniently located in a quiet street in the main area. I rented bikes for 50k a day which was a great way to get around. The host family was super sweet- we mostly used Google translate to communicate which worked perfectly. Would definitely stay here again!

Didn’t get to try the included breakfast but I think that’s because a) I was always out and about and b) I never actually asked about it lol.

We had the best stay, they were so nice and wanted to help with booking different things e.g. transport from airport and bicycles. they also made good recommendations for the area. They were a really nice family, always happy and smiling.
