La Casa del Fabbro - Puglia Mia Apartments

Apartament dobrze wyposażony, kuchnia ze wszystkimi potrzebnymi akcesoriami, łóżka wygodne. Minus za brak rolety w korytarzu ( porządne rolety- duży plus!- były w pozostałych pomieszczeniach co bardzo pomagało w ochłodzeniu pokoi) oraz niezbyt wydolną klimatyzację ( choć spełniała swoją rolę, jednak nie dało się obniżyć temperatury poniżej 24-25 stopni C, fakt, że byliśmy w środku sezonu, w lipcu ). Ostatecznie to jednak nie były aż tak duże niedogodności, pobyt i miejsce udane.

Calme et spacieux

L'hôte n'était pas accueillante, est arrivée en retard. La clim n'a pas été mise en route correctement, 28° dans l'appartement ! Les poignées des portes sont cassées, le sol n'était pas très propre. Et il était indiqué 2 chambres avec 2 lits doubles et 1 chambre avait 2 lits superposés.

Nice and modern

Highly recommend this place! Location is great, 10 minutes walk from train station, 15 minutes walk from old town/lungomare. Great panificio (bakery) nearby. Elevator worked well/super new and spacious for Italy. Central a/c (I've never seen that before in Italy), well equipped kitchen (could use a strainer, 2 bedrooms, 1 with a double bed (probably queen sized for Americans) and 1 with single bunk beds. Good sized bathroom/shower. Washer worked well and there's a rack to dry your clothes on the balcony. There are 2 balconies, one that overlooks the main street and one that overlooks the internal courtyard. No chairs/tables out there but we brought out chairs from the dining table to sit and eat our lunch each tday. There's a big TV but I didn't use it. I was working each day so the large dining table was perfect for me and a colleague to use, wifi worked well for us both. I was met to check in, easy to coordinate and she was super nice. I would stay here again next time I'm in Monopoli.
