The location is exceptional! The house is on a beach. Very clean house, fully equipped, for us as a couple enough of everything. Beautiful terrace with THE VIEW! Unfortunately didn’t meet the owner, but very kind and prompt in response via WhatsApp. You have mini market 300 m from the house, pizza place in one direction of 200 m and local snack bar of 300 m in other directions. Avis to rent a bikes, e-bkes, scooter or car 500 m from the house. Main city Vaitape 10 minutes by car. We lloved everything and would definitely recommend & come again!!

The communication with the representative of the agency, Tuane, was perfect. From the terrace of the bungalow I had a great view on Matira Beach, probably Bora Bora's most beautiful beach that also allows easy swimming. I could walk out through the little garden door and wade out into the stunning lagoon and swim. One evening I was able to see a black-tipped reef shark swimming right in front of the beach. A very solid restaurant, the Lucky House, is just 5 minutes by foot away. The interior and the terrace of the bungalow, while lacking a few details, are modern and in excellent condition. If you want easy access to a beautiful beach, which allows easy swimming, this is probably your best option on Bora Bora.

A bit cramped for us.

The location is superb, 10 metres from the water. It is described as a bungalow but read large shed with patio doors. Inside there is a large, brand new bed which is really comfortable and a nice bathroom. The kitchen area is very small but functional. Also most importantly there is air conditioning. Outside there is a lovely large deck with a huge bench and bar table and chairs. It is the perfect place to sit and watch the sun go down.

I didn’t feel the owner/ manager of the property communicated well at all. I was on my way from the airport when I got the instructions on how to get there and when I got there how to get in. In the end it worked out ok but I prefer the info a little bit ahead of time and a response to my messages. The property next to the 2 bungalows has 3 dogs all of whom used the grass area around the bungalows as a toilet! The owners never picked up after them, in fact no one did whilst I was there. You had to watch where you were walking. I’m sure someone must do it otherwise it would be even worse than it was. There was also no hairdryer!
