Το σπίτι τεράστιο με όλες τις ανέσεις. Διπλό σαλόνι λίγο δεκαετίας 80 και κουζίνα εξοπλισμένη. Γενικά ικανοποιημένος.

Τυχαίο γεγονός ότι στην διπλανή οικοδομή έκαναν γιορτή και η μουσική ηχούσε σε όλη τη γειτονιά μέχρι 2 η ώρα. Προς βελτίωση: το στρώμα στο δεξιά δωμάτιο άβολο, ο καναπές στο σαλόνι προς αλλαγή.
