Location was great and Bermeo is lovely.

On the first day we arrived, we noticed that the sink did not work and it flooded the floor when we washed the dishes. We dried the floor and notified the host. We were promised that this would be fixed, but it wasn't. This meant that for the remaining week, we had to wash dishes in the shower, drain spaghetti in the bathroom, and let dirty dishes pile up. The host stopped responding to messages on the second day, which felt deeply disrespectful and unprofessional.
