Rooms, the road is dirty

The staff was very nice so, sweet nature and behavior and we all loved Uday's Behavior. He made our trip even more special. All our needs were well take care of, ignoring a few things Maa Tara is a very good home stay for you.

It is located 10 min walk in a gali near luxa thana. Luxa thana is main road where u can get ricksaw for kasi temple. No autos or rickshaws in gali ,only from main road we can get

I booked a family room with private bathroom online. At first they took us to a room at 2nd floor with a common toilet room,the room was run down and all dusty. When asked they said they will check. We insisted we booked a room with private bathroom again, later they showed a room in first floor which was again all dirty and had bathroom outside. They promised the bathroom will not be used by others ..but the bathroom had openings thru which we can clearly see outside. We said about it, so they said they close the openings in bathroom and clean it. We sat in the room and planned to rest and just at the moment, mouse ran over our luggage. When complained about mouse they said they will bring some rat poison. We finally insisted them to take us to good room that has no mouse and has attached bathroom. Later they took us to ground floor room which is literally outside the main door. Now after making us tired by running from room to room with luggage around two floors,they started their trick ,they said this ground floor room is expensive and booked for other guests and they will give us if paid extra. This was the room I booked online room with private bathroom but they tricked us and made us pay more for the same room.My online booking was for 6200 but for the same bad room I had to pay 8000 with mouse running around. This room had neither geyser not sound proof. So for hot water we have to use the common bathroom again next to reception. At early morning we have to knock their main doors to get hot water. I have no idea what I paid for at this hotel. Another behavioural issue is that they repeatedly insisted us to make full payment just when I checked in, however we spoke to pay at the time of checkout so they hardly agreed and accepted for partial upfront payment. Although I told them I will pay at checkout they were so restless and each day came asking for payment no matter the time, they call or ring the bell even at 11pm which made them sus.

Not a single point that we can like for this hotel. Please do not book the room here .. Please cancel your reservation if you already did because they are doing this on a regular basis I got to know

I was extremely disappointed with my recent stay at this hotel. We were waited for 1 hour and they provide the wrong room and ask us to wait for few hours and they will change the room. We came back in the night around 11PM from outside and then they told us that we don't have room for you and we cannot return the money.. In the night around 1AM we were roaming around for new accommodation and they arranged a very bad accommodation around 1:30AM. Very very bad behaviour from the owner.

This home stay is worst ever I have stayed in different places . Rat and different insects were in the room. It cuts our goods . Walls are damaged and space is too short. Even bathroom is too small . Overall this is absolute worst place for staying purpose .

Perfect stay.this room was absolutely fantastic impeccable clean cozy and equipped with all the amenities l need. the location was ideal; and the host hospitality made me feel right at home.highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
