Guests will receive a rental agreement, which must be signed and returned directly to the property prior to arrival. If they do not receive the contract in time, they will need to contact the property management company by calling the number provided in the reservation confirmation. The pools are spaces managed by the administration of the urbanization, and reserves the right to modify the use times or proceed with the temporary closure of the same due to maintenance tasks or compliance with government restrictions. We are not responsible for these adjustments, as they are the result of external factors beyond our control.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
