Great location

pleased with arrival process and instructions. A few items provided, such as milk and bread, were an unexpected touch, the site is tidy and well cared for. The town of Bideford is a short drive away and there are supermarkets, eateries and fuel to be found there.

There are no restaurants or country pubs in walking distance so you have to drive if you want to go somewhere different. And...the site is surrounded by trees (nice) and during my stay these were full of crows/rooks making a dreadful din all day except during darkness (bad). I was woken at 4:30 by the birds calling to each other and they never stopped all day. It didn't spoil my stay but I was fed up with it by the time I left.

Very comfortable, good facilities in the property and in the wider holiday park. Everything we needed. The host even left out some bread and milk for us, which very much appreciated!

Lovely and clean, beautiful outlook over the fields, a good selection of cooking equipment and milk, bread and juice for the morning.

Spotless clean, everything what we needed was provided, even some breakfast bits!

Very clean and well equipped. Great to have the essentials like bread and tea (and treats for the dogs!). Good communication with owners. On the coastal path which was the point of our trip! Quiet location as out of season. Indoor pool for the children.

No complaints about the property. Only disappointment was breakfast in club house. Totally overpriced and stingy portions - pancakes with strawberries was 1 strawberry quartered. American breakfast said pancakes - came with one and no maple syrup. Side of bacon cost £1 and was one rasher! Definitely go self catering!

The caravan was very clean and incredibly comfortable. Upon our arrival, we were delighted to find a thoughtful package of food awaiting us, including coffee, milk, orange juice, and more. Our stay was thoroughly enjoyable, and we wanted to say a huge thank you to the owner for their hospitality!
