Precioso APT en la Plaza de la PAJA LATINA

Great instructions from owner (who is very approachable and kind); great location; clean, functional and beautiful apartment for a family of four

Super clean, spacious, modern, safe, well located, easy walk to multiple restaurants and to Plaza Mayor, perfect for our family (with a 7 year old kid) to be comfortably well located to explore Madrid. We would love to stay here again in the future!

Very central to everything. Excellent location. Lots of things to see in the vicinity of the unit that you can walk to. Very easy communication with the owner through WhatsApp. He couldn’t have been more helpful. Unit was clean and had all the necessary kitchen appliances including a dishwasher and a washing machine. Would recommend this apartment to anyone going to Madrid.

The location is perfect , in the heart of La Latina with its vibrant streets south of Plaza Mayor. All major attractions ( except for Santiago Bernabeu and Metropolitano for the football fans ) within a walking distance. Supermarkets ( Dia , Carrefour, Mercado de la Cebada , close to La Latina metro station ( 5 minutes walk). The apartment is nice , not so spacy as expected ( we were 4 persons) , but definitely we were not disappointed. Many good restaurants and bars around ( we tried El Camoati and D'stapa )

There are 2 bedrooms , but one is with the window to the houses's shaft/staircase , so it is a bit dark. Kitchen's equipment ( especially frying pans) is a bit worn and is good enough to prepare a breakfest , but not a dinner if anybody plans to do so ( but on the other hand there is so many good restaurants round the corner)

Had everything you needed. Heaters, appliances, friendly host. Such gorgeous decor too. Probably could have done with some extra towels (or bigger towels) but otherwise perfect. Power points everywhere too. You could hear neighbours through the walls but only some music playing in the morning when they were getting ready for work. Fabulous value for money.

It is away from where most of tourists stay, so we saw lots of local people and children playing in the plaza. Many restaurants, a grocery store, a bakery are nearby. We had Good communication with the owner. They have double beds, small but comfortable. It is noisy until 1 am-ish if you have the windows open in the evening since there are 4 restaurants right at the plaza and local people love to hang out. But the windows block the noises quite well.

Super excellent location, spacious and comfortable apartment with a nice view over the quiet square. The hosts were extremely helpful and friendly, I would certainly stay at this place again. So special thanks to Ivonne and Giles.

Very nice apartment in a great location in Madrid. The beds were very comfortable and the hosts were lovely to deal with. I would return here next time I need a place to stay in Madrid. The beds were very comfortable and the rooms had shutters and were very dark so we could have a proper sleep. There is a lift in case you have a lot of luggage to bring upstairs.
