Bed , no heater , bath is super dirty . Dirty

It was well cleaned with less facilities.

The costs and toilet. Entering in the house by using code which was so complicated. The system was rubbish to enter in the house. It took me half an hour to enter in the property as the instructions was so confusing.

Drunk people asleep in hall when walked in . The room was dirty . No toilet roll or soap and light in bathroom didnt work

Easy convenient and not bad for couple

Have too many passcodes which is bit tricky

Nothing, waiting an hour at the door, trying to contact the management, no reply no response, very unprofessional service.

The quiet. The room was comfortable.

The lighting in the bathroom- it was too dark. Cleanness of the shared facilities. The heating was not on long enough to keep you warm. The rubbish in the kitchen was overfilled and not sure who or what should be done.- would have expected that daily someone would come to maintain the property. The bathroom was also needing to clean the shower and toilet more often. Had to provide my own toilet paper.
