Fantastic hotel in terms of location, hygiene,We were delighted to return for a second visit to this beautiful calm sanctuary in the heart of Chennai.Mr Mathaiah who manage the place and mohammed front desk exceptionally good in taking care of guests.

"I may not opt to stay there again."

The property can not be called a hotel. It is a building 3 floors in a thick residential locality converted into individual rooms with bed, Cupboard and TV with attached toilet. No amenities, even 500ml. drinking water is provided on request only. No housekeeping absolutely & No room service. The whole property is One man show, the Manager, the Accountant, the Receptionist, the Bell Boy.

Except the rooms there is nothing, which can be called the property a Hotel.

Very clean and comfortable. The location is also nice, in a quite neighbourhood.

Everything was good, but the staff could be more friendly and helpful.
