Location was excellent. Apartment soacios, comfortable and functional. Bathroom/shower a little small...
Hot water not enough for two persons longer showers directly after each other. Shorter showers ok. Currently the shower drainage was a bit slow, but manageable.

The apartment is perfectly situated in the historic centre of Ortigia. It's well presented, well appointed, and very clean. Our host, Fausto, met us on arrival at the apartment despite the late hour and was super helpful.
There wasn't anything we didn't like. We'd quite happily stay here again.

Excellent location and comfort! We couldn’t have dreamed for a better host! Extremely friendly, helpful and customer orientated. He facilitated our crazy late arrival with understanding and no extra cost and he was really quick to respond to any of our requests.

The appartement has an excellent location. The main spots are 5 to 10 min by foot only. The train station is also 15 min walk from the appartment. The appartment was very clean and very well equipped. Decorated with a lot of taste, Fausto mixed modern and old sicilian beautiful decor.

"Exceptionally good for tourists without cars"

Insanely good value for money due to the apartment's location (500m to Piazza del Duomo, 2km to Parco Archeologoco, 1200m to train station, 250m to closest store). Bed was very comfortable (good spring mattress) and memory foam pillows were a welcome surprise. Apartment is on 1st floor, which meant not much luggage lifting was necessary. Heating worked well (can't comment on cooling as I visited during late spring). Good lighting compensated for small window, and living space was overall well arranged. Kitchen was well equipped for the most part, gas stove worked OK.
Kitchen knife was blunt and couldn't be sharpened because it was ceramic. There were minor damages to shower hose and shower walls.
