A great experience. Beautiful chateau in lovely grounds run by a husband and wife team. We enjoyed a swim in the pool and a stroll around the gardens. Dinner was delightful. Great flavours and very attractive presentation. Breakfast too was really high quality. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

I know it’s a chateau and there is an authenticity about the place but the family room has a very odd smell. The second room with two single beds has a bit of a dungeon feel to it and it wasn’t enjoyable to stay in The staff were quite rude. We felt forced to eat dinner in the hotel every night which is very expensive, albeit the alternatives in the area are seriously lacking. One day the reception girl told my wife off for not confirming if we were eating dinner one night which we found really odd - we have paid a premium price and to be ‘told off’ on our holiday left a sour taste. Eating in a very proper restaurant with two kids every night isn’t really our cup of tea

This is a proper chateau hotel, lovely traditional decor and furniture. The room was large and the bed was very comfortable with an up-to-date bathroom. The drawing room was nicely furnished as was the dining room which was perfect for fine dining. The quality and value of the food and wine was great and the breakfast had more choice than I've seen at other hotels abroad. Thoroughly enjoyed it.

Excellent place to relax. Restaurant deserves to be in the Michelin Guide.

Fabulous, beautiful hotel in the most peaceful location. Wonderful gardens and a beautiful pool, delicious food and the hosts Catherine and Yves are super attentive and kind. Would not hesitate to recommend to anyone wanting some p&q on a trip through France.

We liked everything!

The meal in the restaurant was exceptional. We tried the local caviar, had amazing wine pairings, and everything was exquisite! We got the family room, with our daughter having her room in the tower! It was amazing to have a night in a chateau like this.
