Great location, situated near cute cafes. The rooms were clean.

Staff were friendly, but not helpful. For instance, they did not know how to get us a ride to Phong Nha.

The rooms was very nice and beds were comfortable. The room had air-conditioning which was good but took a while to cool the room down. We only met the staff on check in and once again on check out, they were happy for us to leave our bags on our check out day which was really helpful as we had a train later that day. Location was good and there are some nice cafes within walking distance. I would recommend staying here.

It would be good to have a small fridge in the rooms to keep water cold as it was 40°c when we stayed. Also a kettle would be good as we have had in previous homestays.
