Very clean and comfortable. Plenty of space for your clothes to be stored for your stay. Plenty of utensils in the kitchen for home living if required. Decent sized balcony for coffee at sunrise.

Nothing significant. I was sent a set of house rules which all seemed sensible for thr location. It said in the rules that at the end of the stay, All rubbish bins to be emptied. A/C to be switched off Keys to be left on the table. But i was sent a request to leave the keys in the place they were picked up from. This is not a hard thing to do but when the message indicated there could be charges if not complied with, I was somewhat annoyed.

The location of the apartment complex is fantastic but there are other apartments available in the same location, I suggest you try to book one of those instead of this one.

I will start with the noise, this apartment is located directly above a bust restaurant which for us isn't an issue usually, but the restaurant cleaners arrive between 8 and 8:30 am and proceed to throw tables and chairs around making an absolute racket. Then there are the bins directly across the road which people use to dispose glass bottles at all hours of the day. I will acknowledge however that the noise is not the fault of the apartment owners or management company. Now on to what is their responsibility: The beds are the most uncomfortable beds I have ever had the misfortune to sleep on. The double bed is nothing more than 2 extremely cheap bed frames cable tied together (photo provided) and 2 extremely cheap mattresses. For the €1000+ per week to stay, I expect better. The cleanliness was not good, when we arrived, we took off our shoes at the front door as we always do and within minutes our feet were black. The couch was filthy and had several stains on it, so we had to cover it with a bed sheet before we sat down. There was an extremely bad smell coming from the sink in the kitchen and no cleaning supplies were provided apart from some dishwasher tablets. There was only 1 tea towel to use for the entire week, no dish soap, no dish cloth, no kitchen paper, no surface cleaner or bleach. There was a hand soap dispenser in the bathroom, but it hasn't seen a refill in a very long time. The shower towels were very poor also, only one tiny bath towel and 1 small hand towel each. The management company also take a €100 deposit outside of the booking.com platform and are very reluctant to return it. It took me several messages with the last threatening to report them to booking.com before they refunded it even though they say they will do so within a week of your stay. They were also very unaccommodating before and throughout the stay with every request being declined. I look forward to the generic reply they give to all reviews.

Das Apartment selber war ganz hervorragend. Es war hell gut eingerichtet, hatte alle nötigen Utensilien in der Küche. Bad und Schlafzimmer waren ausgesprochen groß. Im zweiten Stock befindet sich eine gemeinschaftliche Terrasse inklusive Pool und schönem Ausblick aufs Meer. Hier kann man prima gemütlich Zeit verbringen. Allerdings werden viele Liegestühle durch andere Mieter bereits in den frühen Morgenstunden mittels Handtuch reserviert.

Das Apartment liegt im ersten Stock über einer Tapasbar und in der Straße befinden sich vier weitere Kneipen. Auf der anderen Straßenseite befinden sich Müllcontainer mit nächtlicher Leerung sowie ein unbebautes Grundstück, was zu einer Sperrmülldeponie geworden ist. Schlafen vor Mitternacht und nach 6:00 Uhr morgens geht nur mit Ohrstöpsel, auch wenn die Fenster geschlossen sind. Die Organisation der Schlüsselübergabe war unterirdisch. Angebliche übermittelte Videofilme sollten einem zeigen, wo man den Schlüssel findet. Letztendlich war dieser in einer Mauerspalte unter einem Stein in der Nähe der Müllcontainer versteckt, und man hatte keine Ahnung, wie viele Hunde da schon hingepisst haben, beziehungsweise welches andere Ungeziefer sich dort breitgemacht hat. Bei Ankunft am Apartment mussten wir anderthalb Stunden warten, bis wir telefonischen Kontakt mit jemand aus dem Vermietungsbüro bekommen haben.

Zoals de laatste 3x heerlijk genoten . Voor ons een super locatie lekker rustig en als we de drukte willen zijn we er zo .

De onenigheid tussen de bewoners en de verhuurders waar wij nu de dupe van zijn . Doordat wij wat we echt niet wisten dat het niet mocht een kat eten gaven krijgen wij onze borg niet terug en mag ik het niet meer huren . Verder hebben wij ons altijd netjes aan de regels gehouden zoals geen lawaai na 22.00 uur en niet springen in het zwembad . Voel me nu net een zware crimineel die een zeer ernstig strafbaar feit heeft gepleegd. Er liep al een rechtszaak tegen de verhuurder van ons huisje omdat mede-eigenaren van huisjes niet meer wilde dat die het verhuurde. Toch is hij niet de enige die verhuurd want we hebben er vele zien komen en gaan . Ook zijn we op een avond thuis gekomen en lag voor onze deur en hal alles bezaaid met stukjes kip , we hebben dat netjes opgeruimd en schoon gemaakt maar wie de dader was krijgen we natuurlijk nooit te weten . Het lijkt wel een soort complot . Maarre de vereniging van eigenaren en de eigenaar hebben besloten dat ik de borg niet terug krijg want dat is m’n boete . Sinds wanneer mag een vereniging van eigenaren dit bepalen en boetes uitdelen . En dat allemaal om het geven van wat kattenknabbels op de trap en niet door heel het complex wat ze beweren . Zo ik heb weer een X m’n verhaal kunnen doen wat oplucht hopend dat we ooit toch weer daar heerlijk op het door ons genoemd ons balkonnetje kunnen zitten . Wat de boete betreft misschien iets voor m’n rechtsbijstand . S streef

La piscina, aunque era muy pequeña

No teníamos agua caliente, no nos pusieron solución, las luces de las habitaciones iban dejando de funcionar por días y tampoco lo solucionaron. La tostadora no la podíamos poner porque se saltaba la luz. En fin un despropósito de alojamiento. Y por cierto había cucarachas en la comunidad.

Apartamento céntrico,moderno y confortable . Cumplió las expectativas

No poder realizar el checkout un poco más tarde sin sobrecoste. Aunque el contacto por email era ágil , sería mejor un teléfono móvil de contacto para las consultas e incidencias.
