The location in Mandrem beach area is ideal, just a few metres from the very popular Artjuna Café and a couple of minute's walk to the beach where there's the also popular Dunes restaurant with its delightfully calm music-free ambience. The room I was in was large, perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated and spotless! The housekeeper was cleaning the corridors and stairs outside regularly. There was plenty of hot water and the shower had good pressure. But it was the warm welcomes from owners Vijay and Paula that made it a special stay for me, knowing I'm in good hands and staying in a family managed guest house that genuinely wants me to enjoy my stay. Thank you!

Super Lage, Supermarkt direkt nebenan, ebenso gute Restaurants und Cafés. Ausstattung sehr komfortabel und sauber. Balkon mit Blick aufs Meer war traumhaft. Vijay ist immer mit Rat und Tat zur Stelle. Jederzeit wieder, Mitra Familie.

As a first-time visitor, I couldn't have asked for a better host, super helpful and full of great local suggestions for places to visit. The location is peaceful, and there are excellent budget-friendly food spots just nearby. Perfect place to relax and explore Mandrem without spending a fortune. Highly recommended
