Clean property with good host

Mitra Homes offers a serene escape from the hustle and bustle of city life, making it an ideal choice for those seeking peace and tranquility. Located within walking distance of Mandrem Beach, we enjoyed leisurely visits there almost every morning and evening. Additionally, we rented an Activa, which allowed us to explore nearby attractions with ease. The caretaker of the property - Miss Paula was very friendly and made us feel at home.

The mattress and pillows were somewhat uncomfortable, and the window panes could benefit from a thorough cleaning, as there was dust. While these issues didn't significantly impact our stay, it would have been more pleasant if everything had been cleaner.

The owner was incredibly nice, and helpful. The rooms are super nice considering how little you pay for them. We really felt comfortable and welcome there!

Wifi was sometimes bad

The place is amazing. The location is great, super markets are nearby. The beach is in 5 min walking distance. Paola is a great host, everything was as per image. The small kitchenette was perfect and filled with necessary items along with a fridge. Drinking water was available all the time, which was rare in this part of goa. We were even allowed to extend the stay till 5 pm, although the normal check out time is 12 noon. Will highly recommend this place.

Everything was good

I loved the location and just the fact that everything was so smooth and hassle-free. The hosts are quite responsive and I hope if they stay that way, I would love to keep visiting whenever I'm in that side of Goa. Getting a cleaning person, having clean drinking water on the property, walking to the terrace, peaceful neighbourhood, walking to the beach, access to both Bardez (Siolim, Anjuna, etc) and Arambol via road are just some highlights. Loved my stay here - I was solo traveling. The kitchen is well equipped in rooms with kitchens. You can ask for something and it can be politely provided. There's a supermart downstairs and a cafe as well. It's a very peaceful area for someone who seeks peace and being away from the noise that Goa can become.

Mitra Homes was an outstanding place I've been to in Goa. The Manager Abhinav's great hospitality. I was waiting for the room to be cleaned and waited for almost 35-40 mins. Abhinava entered and apologised for keeping me waiting and without even asking he upgraded me to the Studio Room. The room was very clean and the kitchen was very well maintained. The grocery store is nearby hardly just a min you get everything you want.

The only thing I Didn't like was the pressure for Shower and jet spray.

The location was amazing, the host (Paula) was incredibly hospitable and helpful, rooms were clean with all amenities.

The location is as best as you can get, the little kitchen is well equipped, the bed is comfy, they have a washing machine that you can use and the place felt like home. The owners are soo kind and always went above and beyond to help us out with anything they needed. There’s also a rooftop which is a beautiful place to practice yoga. I can’t wait to come back :).
