The location of the apartment was superb. Heart of the city with 2 mins walk to supermarket like M&S and Sainsbury. The area around are full of restaurants and pubs making it very lively but not chaotic. The building are also surrounded by other apartments buildings and hotel. The apartment itself is pretty spacious with fully equipped kitchen. Overall, I was happy with my stay!

The cleanliness could be improved a little. Overall was okay like the bedding and toilet and bathroom. however, the floor was quite dusty. Oh and if you're traveling with big luggages like me going upstairs is quite an exercise since there's no lift.

This apartment had everything. It was clean and comfortable and warm. The location was perfect and I had a very quiet night's sleep whilst being close to the shops and restaurants. Communication was great

The location is good, near most shops and all are within walking distance.

The tap water seems murky and cloudy, we had to buy bottle water from shops to make tea or coffee.

Need deep cleaning when I arrived the bathrooms and the apartments was not clean enough as expected and hair in the floor and everywhere although it was tidy up/ difficult to open windows so no fresh air; towels not clean / limited hangers

Central location, big and clean apartment.

Unfortunately, there is no parking at the property. The TV and the bathroom heater didn't work.

The location was perfect for me and the apartment was very nice. Everything had been properly cleaned and the beds were also comfortable. The shower was very easy to use and had good water pressure.

Some lights in the kitchen didn't work which made it hard to see when I was cooking in the mornings or late at night. The door was stiff at times.

I love the location, within a close proximity to nearby shops and to the town. There is a neaby garden too that is within a walking distance. I like the facilities that comes with the apartment such as kitchen utensils, big size fridge, oven, living and dining hall are good. More importantly, I feel the apartment is safe because it has a security code to enter the front door. The staff who answered my phone calls that day was friendly.

When I arrived, as soon as I enter the apartment I feel like the house is a little dusty that itched my nose. I noticed instantly that the floor was not clean as if they forgot to sweep the floor and the carpet smells too. The ceiling lights near the kitchen weren't working so I have to depend on the cooker hood's small lights.

Excellent location. It is near the train statement and shopping area.

Not able to leave the luggage before/after the check-in/check-out time. Very challenging to contact the hotel for future booking.
