1. Complete utensil. 2. Comfortable living room, dining area, toilets, kitchen & bedroom. 3. Owner was very responsive and helpful.

1. The water heater for the hot drink didn't function well. 2. The front door can't open. 3. The floor of the frontyard & backyard quite dusty.
