Room was on the small size, but adequate for our needs. I believe it would be sensible to mention there are cats at the property. Could be a problem for some.

Bathroom was not clean. It was a shared space so I didn't expect it to be spotless but it wasn't even cleaned. Also there were cats which I hadn't noticed on the description and would have been good to know.
GBGBThe house was a very interesting property architecturally. Very high ceilings upstairs with a row of small windows just below the ceiling. We were very lucky to have the house to ourselves although we were out most of the time with friends. It was warm and comfortable. The host communicated well and was welcoming and friendly. We didn’t get to meet him unfortunately but this wasn’t a problem. The instructions of how to find and access the property were good. There were two very beautiful and sweet kittens running around the house.
More private space would have been great, for example own, not shared bathroom but we did know it was a shared bathroom before hand. For what we paid it was still brilliant value for money. What was a positive for us with the kittens because we love cats could potentially be an issue if the person staying didn’t like cats. May just be worth mentioning the kittens on the info incase potential stayers are allergic etc.
