- Apartment was clearly not cleaned before our arrival; dirtiness was present throughout multiple rooms. - The bathroom was extremely dirty with centipedes found in the shower and dirty facilities. - Bed sheets were soiled and unhygienic. - Central heating did not work - The kitchen only had toilet paper instead of proper paper towels, which is unprofessional and disrespectful. - There was a pervasive bad odor, wet floors, presence of spiders and pests, and the kitchen was in poor condition. - Rooms and external door areas were very humid, adding to discomfort. Despite the apartment’s high rating, the reality was shocking and completely failed to meet the advertised standards. The hygiene and safety conditions were appalling and unacceptable. We can only hope now that Booking takes responsibility for this stay and provides us a full refund.
