There was an issue with the light in the hall coming on automatically and not being able to be turned off, and some of the heaters were not user friendly/inoperable. The host was not responsive when asked about the issues.

We had a fantastic and peaceful stay at this accommodation during our trip to Edinburgh. The place was clean, modern, and cosy—perfect for relaxing after a long day exploring the city. It was also very convenient: easy access to buses that took us to various attractions, and just a short walk to Lidl and Sainsbury's for groceries. The kitchen was fully equipped with all the necessary kitchenware, which made it easy to cook when we wanted to. We truly enjoyed both the lively city and the comfort of coming back to such a welcoming space. Highly recommended!

It was a lovely stay. Everything was super clean and well-prepared – thank you so much for that! We had a wonderful time, and the place had everything we needed and more. It honestly felt like at home. The location is also fantastic – really easy to get to the town centre and beyond. Taxis from the property were super affordable too.

Unfortunately, there were a few things that made our stay less enjoyable. The biggest issue was the shower – it just didn’t work properly. We spent way too much time trying to figure out why, even though the boiler was on to heat the water - it would be hot for a moment, then suddenly turn freezing cold. It wasn’t just the shower head that had problems, but the whole setup made it frustrating to do something as simple as take a shower each evening, which really put a damper on our experience. We not only couldn't get enough amount of water to pour, but the temperature change... We also found the instructions a bit overwhelming – there was a lot of text, much of it repeated, which made it hard to find the key info we needed. The video guide for getting the key seemed outdated – the property's key box position had clearly changed, and it took us around 20 minutes to figure out how to actually get inside. We tried calling the host using the number on Booking, but sadly didn’t get any answer. Finding the property itself was another challenge – Booking had it listed under one number, but in reality, it was a different one, which added more confusion to our arrival.

We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment. The heater, kitchen, and washing machine all worked perfectly. The bed was comfortable. The location was also great—close to a bus stop and halal food options. The place was clean and modern as well. Communication with Chris was also very quick and extremely helpful.
